How to meet your driver at the airport

 

After claiming your luggage call 1-800-463-9328 for instruction on how to meet your driver, and the vehicle description.

Our dispatcher will be monitoring your flight for it's accurate arrival time. Call within 1/2 hour after your plane lands if you encounter luggage delays.

 

Should your flight information or itinerary change, please notify us immediately by calling the above toll-free number. We require 24-hour advanced notice on all cancellations. 

 

Note: Failure to notify us of flight information changes, failure to inform us of a cancellation without at least 24 hours advanced notice, providing us with incorrect information, or failure to not give 24 hours advance cancellation will still warrant us billing you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

We require a credit card to secure all reservations.

Round trip reservations are collected at the time of first pick up.

If traveling with more than 2 bags and 1 carry-on per person, we must be notified at the time of placing your reservation. Additional charges will apply for items such as skis, bicycles, animals, boxes, etc.

If traveling between 10:30PM and 3:30AM, fares will increase. (Ontario add $30. San Diego add $35. LAX add $45. John Wayne add $35.)
